Our Vision

Our vision is to create a safe workspace for those that are disadvantaged and/or underrepresented while offering customers with the best possible service and value.

We created Josh & Jake to assist Jake, a founding partner and namesake, in obtaining the experience and knowledge needed to become self-reliant, and to learn the skills he would never have had the opportunity to learn. As a neurodivergent, he struggles with the learning and communication skills that many of us take for granted. He is now a General Partner and has become an integral part of our organization.
